Order Processing Time
For all valid orders with confirmed payment, review, packing, and dispatch will be completed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays; processing timelines will automatically extend to the next business day.
Order Cut-off Time
The daily order processing cut-off time is 14:00 (local time). Orders with verified payments before 14:00 enter the processing queue the same day; payments completed after 14:00 are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Minor delays may occur due to special circumstances such as extreme weather, logistics capacity constraints, or delivery to remote areas; these are considered normal logistics occurrences.
Shipping Fees
Carolina’s Boutique offers free shipping on all items; customers do not incur any shipping costs or basic logistics handling fees.

All orders are exclusively handled by UPS for end-to-end delivery. Their mature and stable logistics system ensures the safety and efficiency of package transport.
Order Cancellation Policy
If an order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact customer service immediately to request cancellation. No additional fees are charged, and a full refund will be issued upon approval. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly; the store's standard return and refund process must be followed.
Order Tracking
Upon successful dispatch, the system automatically sends a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number to the email address provided. You can use this number to check the package's real-time status and location on the carrier's official website.
Registered users can log in to their account dashboard to view full order and tracking updates at any time. Non-registered users can track their orders independently via the official website's tracking portal using their order number and the email address provided.
If you do not receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact customer service for assistance.
